A forty level, residential apartment building located in the centre of South Perth, comprising 309 apartments set within two towers offering a mixture of apartments, skyhomes and penthouses with an estimated construction value of $150 million. Lower podium levels provide a mix of commercial, residential and multi-storey carparking, with an amenities deck located at 6th floor level that includes a putting green, wellness spa, indoor and outdoor gymnasiums, theatres and Kids play areas. The building is currently under construction and scheduled for completion in late 2023
