About this Project
This $73m multi retail and commercial building adjacent to the Horseshoe Bridge and Perth Train Station, provides an important pedestrian link between inner City Perth and Northbridge via an extension of William Street. Overall the development is three levels generally comprising the Market Hall building and the North Building, interconnected by a pedestrian bridge and includes playground and landscape ecologies, and a digital information tower. The development was created as a cultural hub and sits on the land of the Whadjuk people.
