About this Project
The $65.97M secondary school forms part of the new precinct developed by the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) and is adjacent to the previously demolished Subiaco Football Stadium at Kitchener Park, with stage 1 opening in 2020. Overall the new College site is set on approximately two hectares, and includes educational buildings of three to four storeys, interconnected by pedestrian bridges and play spaces including the retention of Subiaco Oval playing field for the shared use by the high school.
